Observations of IGC crew included (313 W Gleason St, 5895 Garbo Ave, Meridian, ID, Safety
equipment, valid dig ticket, locating, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration,
correct trench depth, observed butt fusion process, stab fittings, met-fit, verified proper rollback of
completed 3/4"butt fusions, EFV 1200 installation, tracer wire and bedding with native soil, successful
pressure test, squeeze off,backfill and continuity testing. Quizzed employee on applicable ADCs for
squeeze times. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
