Comment: "I find it hard to believe that we are being told once again that they want to raise
our rates. It is like they are striving to reach that 261%that they first asked for, but only in
smaller increments. The other company Chan has for the sewer has raised their rates. As
a retiree, I feel a sense that eventually we will priced out beyond our budget. We have only
Lived here for 2 years and 9 months - it is unsettling."
