PAC-E-25-23 POWER'S APPLICATION FOR AN ) ACCOUNTING ORDER RELATING TO THE ) ORDER VACATING COMMENT 2026 INTER-JURISDICTIONAL ) DEADLINES AND SUSPENDING ALLOCATION PROTOCOL ) DISCOVERY ORDER NO. 36959 On December 29, 2026, PacifiCorp, d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order authorizing the recording of a regulatory asset for the differences in costs and revenues between the expiring 2020 PacifiCorp Inter-Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol ("2020 Protocol") and the pending 2026 PacifiCorp Inter-Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol ("2026 Protocol") ("Application"). On February 4, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure establishing written comment deadlines. Order No. 36925. Commission Staff ("Staff') filed comments on February 25,2026. On February 26,2026,prior to the Company reply comment deadline of March 11, 2026, the Company filed a Motion to Vacate the Procedural Schedule and to Suspend Discovery("Motion"). During the Commission's March 3, 2026, Decision Meeting, Staff presented a Decision Memo describing the Company's Motion and noting the lack of objection. We granted the Company's Motion. We now enter this Order in conformity with that decision. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the comment deadlines set in Order No. 36925 are vacated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties' discovery rights and all outstanding discovery response deadlines are suspended until further notice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21, 2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary.See Rule 14.02. Service between parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
