PAC-TAE-26-01 MOUNTAIN POWER'S TARIFF ) ADVICE RELATED TO CHANGES TO ) MINUTE ORDER SCHEDULE 21 —LOW INCOME ) WEATHERIZATION SERVICES ) On January 27, 2026, Rocky Mountain Power d/b/a PacifiCorp ("Company") submitted Tariff Advice No. PAC-TAE-26-01 to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase the minimum administrative fee for its Low-Income Weatherization ("LIW") Services program from $50 to $100 per job and a $150 increase to the maximum administrative payments for each tier. Application at 1. The Company also sought approval to shift the annual program cycle to July lst through June 30th to align with state agency program cycles.'Id. Additionally,the Company proposed to require energy education services for participation in its LIW program. Id. at 1-2. The Company filed a proposed Schedule 21 and requested a July 1, 2026, effective date. Id. at 1. At the Commission's March 3, 2026, Decision Meeting, Commission Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission approve the Company's proposed Schedule 21 modifications, including increased administrative fees, a shifted program cycle, and new energy education requirements, effective July 1, 2026. The Commission's Rule of Procedure 134.02 directs that no tariff advice will be effective unless the public and the Commission have been notified pursuant to applicable sections of Title 61 of the Idaho Code. IDAPA 31.01.01.134.02. Additionally, no tariff advice takes effect on less than 30 days' notice, "unless the Commission finds good cause to approve the earlier effective date."Id. Having reviewed the record and finding the notice of the Company's proposed tariff advice meets the requirements of Rule 134.02, the Commission approves the Company's revised tariff, as filed, effective July 1, 2026.
