On February 19, 2026, Teton Water and Sewer Company, LLC ("Company") applied to
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting to revise Rate Schedule No. 2,
Non-Recurring Fees and Charges ("Schedule No. 2").
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application
and Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing an April 21, 2026,public comment deadline, and
an April 28, 2026, reply comment deadline.
