Subject: On Site Idaho PCA Audit
I would like to schedule an onsite PCA audit for the week of August 30 - Septembe r 4,20L5. Although we have a
procedural schedule set in a prior order, Staff comments are generally not due until mid September, so I don't anticipate
that the audit schedule will interfere with the schedule set in this case.
I realize that this is the same week as the Staff's rate case workshops, however, I am not participating in the workshops
this time around.
I know that usually I do the audit during August, but the week I had set aside for the PCA audit is now the rate case
audit. lf this week does not work, then I would look at scheduling the audit for the week of August 24 - August 28'n,
although I would prefer to have a week between audit trips.
I usually keep the audit requests informal, generally looking at the journal entries that flow into the PCA calculations. I
have been known to look at vouchers in the vault as well.
Let me know if this week works for you and I will make the appropriate travel arrangements.
