As I have stated previously, Ziply Fiber needs to repair and replace old and outdated
equipment that services our road in Hope, Idaho. The outages are most annoying and
ongoing. In addition, the rate they charge their customers ($90.00+ per month) is ridiculous
for the inferior service that they provide.
ALSO: Phone Line Repair Opportunity:
Ziply Fiber can replace said equipment, as Bonner County, ID and the Federal Government
have Trestle Creek Rd, Hope, Idaho (a Forest Service, dirt road) scheduled to be paved in
the summer of 2026. This project will begin in two months. With the County's planned road
construction, new lines or Fiber Optics cabling will be an easy install for Zipply Fiber in
repairing our lines on our road and property. It will also be cost effective for their company
to accomplish the repairs needed to the phone system up our road. Please convey this
information to Ziply Fiber.
Thankyou,
Launa Wolf
