Please provide the Project Compass bonus plan (Idaho specific) details, including payout amounts and dates paid.
RESPONSE:
Given that the functionality of Project Compass provides support to operations in all jurisdictions and in all services, the portion of the Compass bonus plan allocated to Idaho is based upon the common service, common jurisdiction (CD AA) allocation factor. The current Idaho-share of the CD AA allocation factor in effect at the filing of this case is 22.967% for Idaho Electric and 5.776% for Idaho Natural Gas. Therefore, of the $775,200 total for the bonus amounts paid, as described in the Company’s response to Staff_PR_094, the current allocations to Idaho Electric and Idaho Natural Gas rate base amounts are $178,040 and $44,776, respectively.
