Ziply Fiber of Idaho, LLC dba Ziply Fiber ("Ziply Fiber") hereby submits this response to the
comments filed by Ms. Michelle Groenig on July 19, 2025.
Ziply Fiber prioritizes service reliability and network integrity. Upon review of our maintenance
logs, our records indicate that all service requests submitted by Ms. Groenig over the past several
years were addressed and fully resolved. To ensure continued high-quality service, we encourage
customers to report any interruptions immediately so our technical teams can initiate a prompt
resolution.
We recognize that rate adjustments are a sensitive matter for our customers. These changes are
necessary to account for the increasing costs associated with maintaining the legacy infrastructure
required to provide landline service across our footprint.
