3.Description of Broadband Services Offered
FyberCom delivers high-speed broadband internet services across various regions in
Idaho through a combination of fixed wireless and fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP)
technologies. FyberCom's services are designed to meet the needs of both residential and
commercial customers, with a focus on improving internet accessibility in rural and
underserved communities.

The highest transmission rate available to customers is up to 1 Gbps symmetrical.
5.List of Qualified Broadband Equipment
FyberCom has assembled a detailed inventory of equipment that qualifies under Idaho
Code § 63-30291 for the Broadband Investment Income Tax Credit. The total qualifying
broadband investment made during the 2024 tax year is $6,816,895, which includes
network infrastructure and customer-premises equipment essential for broadband
deployment and service improvements. See Exhibit A.

As of December 31, 2024, FyberCom serves approximately 18,895 active customers
within nine counties within the state of Idaho. Idaho-based customers represent 100% of
FyberCom's total network footprint. Based on serviceable locations, infrastructure
capacity, and regional accessibility, the potential customer base within the nine Idaho
counties serviced by FyberCom is estimated at 440,000.
8. Certification Statement
The Applicant affirms that it has reviewed the relevant provisions of the Idaho
Broadband Investment Income Tax Credit under Idaho Code § 63-30291 and believes
that the listed equipment satisfies all qualifying criteria. FyberCom respectfully submits
