IPC-E-25-22. BACKGROUND On December 31, 2025, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") issued Order No. 36894,which approved the monthly Schedule 72 Operation and Maintenance("O&M") charges proposed by Idaho Power Company ("Company") in the Application amended by its Errata and Corrected Pages to Application and Direct Testimony of Riley Mahoney, with an effective date of January 1, 2026. The order also required the Company to modify Schedule 72 to reflect that the transmission O&M charge applies to transmission lines of 138 kilovolt("kV") and above. On January 28, 2026, the Company filed a compliance filing to update Schedule 72 to comply with these two requirements. STAFF REVIEW Staff reviewed the Company's compliance filing and verified that it updates Schedule 72 by adopting the newly approved integration charges from the Errata and Corrected Pages to Application and Direct Testimony of Riley Mahoney, with an effective date of January 1, 2026. Staff also verified that the updated Schedule 72 applies transmission O&M charge to transmission lines of 138 kV and above. DECISION MEMORANDUM - 1 - FEBRUARY 17, 2026 STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Commission approve the updated Schedule 72 contained in the Company's compliance filing, with an effective date of January 1, 2026.
