SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY'S
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO REVISE RATE SCHEDULE EE-RS
— RESIDENTIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY REBATE PROGRAM; CASE
NO. INT-G-26-02.
On January 16, 2026, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting authority to revise Rate Schedule EE-RS
— Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. The Company requests an effective date of
March 1, 2026.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff ("Staff') recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of
Application; Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a March 26, 2026, public comment
deadline, and an April 16, 2026, reply comment deadline; and Notice of Suspension suspending
the Company's proposed effective date for 30 days plus five months pursuant to the Commission's
authority under Idaho Code § 61-622(4).
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application;Notice of Modified Procedure
establishing a March 26, 2026, public comment deadline, and an April 16, 2026, reply comment
