CONIES NOW Capitol Waiter Corporation'("Company"),and submits these Reply
Comments in Case No. CAP-W-25-02.
The Company generally ages with;Commission:Staffs recommendations and
appreciates,'Staff' guidance and recommendations in this case.
The Commission Staff comments states that the customer notice sent in this case met the
requirements of Rule 125 of the Commission's Rules of Proce A The( 1 1
Company notes that, as it did with the customer notice in this case,and as a general practice,it
submits its summary of rules, summary of rates,and other customer notices to Commission Staff
for review prior to distribution to customers. The:Company values Statf's input in helping
ensure clear and effective customer communications. The Company is amenable to meeting with
Commission Staff to fiarther diseuss and develop such customer notices.

In addition,the Company understands Staff s concerns regarding billing determinants
and will file billing determinants corresponding to the test year in its next general rate case. The
Company notes that this effort is expected to increase rate case expenses, as it will require
engaging an additional consultant with specific expertise in this area.
