equipment, valid dig ticket, locating, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration,
correct trench depth, observed butt fusion process, stab fittings, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4"
butt fusions, EFV 1200 installation, tracer wire and bedding with native soil, successful pressure test,
squeeze off, backfill and continuity testing. Quizzed employee on applicable AOCs for fusion equipment
inspections and rough handling times. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
procedures.
