Traveled from Boise, ID to Rupert, ID. Observations included(1119 Sage, Rupert, ID): Safety equipment,
valid dig ticket, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth,
observed butt fusion process, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4" butt fusions, EFV 1200
installation, tracer wire and bedding with sand, successful pressure test, squeeze off,backfill and
continuity testing. Quizzed employee on applicable ADCs for fusion equipment inspections. All observed
procedures were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
