Observations included (2710 W Gidran Court, Meridian, ID): Safety equipment, JSA, valid dig ticket,
verified operator qualifications and verified equipment calibration. Dasco employees observed a bored
section of pipe with over 10%damage and postponed installation until a new section can be installed. All
observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
