operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, verified proper rollback of
completed 3/4"butt fusions, stab fittings, tracer wire, successful pressure test, squeeze off, cleaning purge,
bedding with native soil, backfill, and continuity test. Quizzed employees on recognition of applicable
AOC. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.

verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4"butt
