valid dig ticket, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth,
verified proper rollback of completed 3/4"butt fusions, observed butt fusion process, observed metfit and
continental stab process, EFV 1200 installation, tracer wire and bedding with sand.
Observations included (6937 & 6923 S. Spindlebush Ave, Boise, ID) (Double Manifold): Safety
equipment, valid dig ticket, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench
depth, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4"butt fusions, observed butt fusion process, observed
metfit and continental stab process and EFV 1200 installation.
All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
