Comment: "Meadows Water LLC, has increased prices for 5 years in a row with zero
improvements or looking out for the best interest of its customers from a safe water
perspective. Their pumps and equipment are outdated with consistent"Do Not Drink"
warnings, with no attempts to fix the problem for their customers,yet they continue to raise
rates for the fun of it.They think our water bills should be $62 flat, a month. For what
exactly?Water you question, if it's safe to even drink?This company and both their
practices and pricing needs to be thoroughly investigated and reconsidered. There should
be no reason for regular, annual increases when the water issues have not ever been
addressed. It's just an annual cash grab on Meadows Waters LLC' end. These issues with
our water have gone unaddressed and unanswered for years. It is my personal opinion, that
before any further monthly increases to our water utility bill are to be considered, that
these issues in regard to Meadows Water LLC's equipment, pumps, backup generators,
etc., along with the regular and often "Do Not Drink" notifications have been addressed. I
also think$62 a month for water service, whether you use any water for that month or not,
should be addressed as this is nothing more than a cash grab while not providing the
services we as customers of this utility service, are paying for. Thank you for your attention
to this matter. "
