Dear Commission Secretary:
Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company") hereby submits the attached
filing in the above-captioned proceedings pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("IPUC" or "Commission") Order Nos. 36876, 36900 (IPC-E-25-24), and 36892 (IPC-E-25-
16). This filing reflects the changes in rates and other service provisions approved by the
Commission through the above-mentioned orders with an effective date of January 1, 2026.
This Supplemental Compliance Filing is submitted at Staff's request to incorporate reference
to Order No. 36900 and provide clarification regarding the sequence of the Company's prior
compliance filings.
On December 12, 2025, in Case No. IPC-E-25-24, Idaho Power filed a Supplemental
Compliance Filing to update the effective date of its proposed tariff sheets from December
1, 2025, to January 1, 2026. The Commission approved that filing at its December 23, 2025,
Decision Meeting.
On December 30, 2025, the Commission issued Final Order No. 36892 in Case No.
IPC-E-25-16, approving proposed tariff sheets in the Company's 2025 General Rate Case,
also effective January 1, 2026. On December 31, 2025, the Company filed a consolidated
Compliance Filing to update the tariff sheets impacted by both orders.
On January 5, 2026, the Commission issued Final Order No. 36900 in Case No. IPC-
E-25-24, approving the tariff sheets filed on December 12, 2025, with an effective date of
January 1, 2026. Because this approval relied on the Company's earlier December 12 filing
— which was subsequently superseded by later compliance filings — this Supplemental
Compliance Filing is being submitted to ensure clear alignment between the Commission's
orders, effective dates, and the Company's previously updated tariff sheets.
