SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S APPLICATION
FOR AN ACCOUNTING ORDER RELATING TO THE 2026 INTER-
JURISDICTIONAL ALLOCATION PROTOCOL; CASE NO.PAC-E-25-23.
On December 29, 2026, PacifiCorp, d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") applied
to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order authorizing the
recording of a regulatory asset for the differences in costs and revenues between the expiring 2020
PacifiCorp Inter-Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol and the pending 2026 PacifiCorp Inter-
Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application
and Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing a twenty-one (21) day, public comment deadline,
and a thirty-five (35) day, Company reply comment deadline.
