AVISTA CORPORATION
The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission requests that Avista Corporation
(Company) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, and no later
than FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4,2015.1
This Production Request is continuing, and the Company is requested to provide, by way
of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may
later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations. The Company is reminded that responses

REQUEST NO. 137: For each of the three environmental cleanup projects listed below
(see Company response to Staff Production Request No. 10), please provide a brief explanation
of the event, the process for the environmental cleanup, the accounting treatment of costs
associated with the cleanup, and the allocation between jurisdictions.

REQUEST NO. 138: Please provide the monthly summaries of Unusual Journal Entries
for the year 2014 as described in the Company's response to Staff Production Request No. 15.
REQUEST NO. 139: Please provide updated capital project cost estimates for 2015,
2016, and2017.
REQUEST NO. 140: Please provide updated capital project in service dates for 2015,
2016, and2017.
REQUEST NO. 141: In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews,
please prepare Electric Adjustment 1.02 and Natural Gas Adjustment 1.02 - Deferred Debits and
Credits as of December 31,2015 on an End of Period (EOP) basis to reflect updated plant in
service as of December 31,2015.

REQUEST NO. 142: In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews,
please prepare Adjustmentz.Os FIT/DFIT/ITC/PTC Expense for electric as of end of period
2015 to reflect updated plant in service as of December 31, 2015.
REQUEST NO. 143: In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews,
please prepare Electric Adjustment2.06 and Natural Gas Adjustment (2.06) SIT/SITC as of the
end of period 2015 to reflect updated plant in service as of December 3l ,2015.
REQUEST NO. 144: Please provide the updated transfers to plant for 2015 through
December 2015 as they become available.
REQUEST NO. 145: Please provide the Idaho portion, both electric and gas, by FERC
account, for the Board of Director Compensation and meeting costs.
REQUEST NO. 146: Please provide the journal entries for the Project Compass deferral
as they become available.
REQUEST NO. 147: Please provide the Repairs Study when it becomes available.
REQUEST NO. 148: In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews,
please prepare the Electric Adjustment (3.02) Pro Forma Transmission Revenue/Expense to
reflect the l2-month period ended December 31,2015.
REQUEST NO. 149: Please provide any minutes and handouts from the Capital
Planning Group for 2012 through 2015.

please provide Electric Adjustment (2.07) and Natural Gas Adjustment (2.07) - Revenue
Normalization for the year ended December 31,2015 on an End of Period basis.
REQUEST NO. 152: In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews,
please provide the Electric Adjustment (3.07) and Natural Gas Adjustment (3.05) - Pro Forma
Property Tax to reflect the levels of property tax as of December 31, 2015.
REQUEST NO. 153: In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews,
please provide Electric Adjustment (3.09) and Natural Gas Adjustment (3.07) - Pro Forma
Capital Additions 2015 EOP to reflect the most recent transfers to plant and the most current
estimate of transfers to plant through December 31,2015.
