On May 30, 2025, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase its rates and charges for
natural gas service in the state of Idaho.
On December 30, 2025, the Commission issued an order approving a settlement that gave
the Company an increased revenue requirement of$13 million and updated rate spread among
customer classes, effective January 1, 2026. Order No. 36889. The Commission directed the
Company to file copies of its proposed tariffs within 14 days of the issuance of the order. On
January 5, 2026, the Company submitted a compliance filing with new tariffs in response to the
Commission's instruction.
At the Commission's Decision Meeting on January 20, 2026, Commission Staff presented
a Decision Memorandum indicating it had reviewed the tariffs included in the compliance filing
and confirmed the tariffs were consistent with the terms of the settlement stipulation approved by
Order No. 36889.
The Commission now issues this Order approving the Company's proposed tariffs.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION
The Commission has jurisdiction over this matter under Idaho Code §§ 61-502 and 61-
503. The Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and
contracts of public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory,or in violation of any provision of law,and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§
61-502 and 61-503.
Having reviewed the tariffs filed by the Company in compliance with Order No. 36889,
we find the tariffs comply with our directives.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's tariffs are approved, as filed, effective as
of January 1, 2026.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code §§ 61-
626.
