IPUC Inspector Galli conducted an audit of Intermountain Gas Company's Compressor Stations.
IGC OPS 101, OPS 106, and the Jerome and Shoshone Station Manuals were reviewed and compared to
the PHMSA Inspector Assistant(IA) question set.

Galli, Perkins, Brooks and Green met with IGC personnel virtually and in-person at the Twin Falls, Idaho
field office to review records and begin the observation portion of the inspection.

Galli traveled back to Boise.
September 22, 2025: (0.5 TIMP Post)
A complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection. Completed IPUC Form 1 and the Post-
Inspection Written Preliminary Findings were sent to Colby Lundstrom, Manager of Operations
Compliance.
Discrepancies:
1. Records were not maintained for 5 years per the Jerome Compressor Station Manual and
192.709(c). IGC was only able to furnish records for CY2023 and CY2024.
