Comment: "I've lived in the Meadows subdivision for nearly 9 years now, and have been a
homeowner for 3 of those years. In the last 5 years alone the costs have gone from $45 a
month, to now$62 a month, and then with this threat of yet another raise.
All of this while they do the bare minimum, and frankly less than. We lose power often, as is
common in a mountainous rural community with heavy winters, and because they refuse
to install a backup generator we are often given "Do not drink/do not boil"warnings.
Them saying they are "attempting to address the issue" is insulting to those of us who have
spoken up about this issue for years. Years. To install one generator that keeps our
community safe during storms.
Beyond that, we have to wait for the water to be tested and determined to be safe. And
thankfully the property management company running the subdivision is prompt because
they often inform us of these changes and allowances well ahead of Meadows Water.
It just leaves me completely baffled that despite there being legal requirements in place,
this company can simply say"Nah.We don't feel like doing that. Oh and give us more
money." It's beyond greed, it's dangerous:'

Comment: "Meadows Water increased water rates and took payment of$62 from my
account on January 6 2026. This is an increase of$5 per month. They increased the rates,
but we still have issues with the water after every power outage. The most recent event
being January 7th 2026, exactly 1 day after the increased payment was withdrawn from my
account. There was a do not drink/do not boil notice sent out due to the loss of pressure.
The loss of pressure should be mitigated by a backup generator or some other system to
keep water pressure during a power outage. This water pressure loss happens far too
often."
