Company hereby provides the additional evidence in support of its petition, requested by IPUC under the Interlocutory Order, Commission Findings and Decision, Page 7, Items 1 to 3. The information provided is by month and by year for 2023, 2024 and the first ten months of 2025, and includes the following: REQUEST NO. 1: TESTS PERFORMED, COST OF EACH TEST, SAMPLING COSTS, and FREQUENCY OF EACH TEST. Company hereby provides the actual invoices from E3 Consulting, along with the detailed invoices for third party testing services for 2023, 2024 and 2025. See attached Exhibit A-1, Exhibit A-2, Exhibit A-3, Exhibit A-4 and Exhibit A-5. REQUEST NO. 2: NECESSITY OF EACH TEST. Company hereby provides the DEQ Public Drinking Water System Monitoring Schedule Reports for 2023, 2024 and 2025. See attached Exhibit B. REQUEST NO. 3: CHEMICALS. Company hereby provides the actual invoices from E3 Consulting, along with the detailed invoices for chemicals for 2023, 2024 and the first ten months of 2025.
