IGC Vapor Tech(VAP) personnel arrived on site at approximately 0530 hours to perform operational checks on the vaporization trailer, pump cart, emergency shutdown systems (ESDs), and generator. Coordination was conducted with the meter inspector and gas measurement personnel to reduce pressure on the distribution system in preparation for testing. During the pre-test inspection, the only issue identified was inadequate air pressure on the pump cart, which was determined to be caused by a plugged port. Upon our arrival, we were escorted to the control room, where we received a safety briefing, reviewed and acknowledged the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and were instructed to leave all electronic devices in the control room in accordance with site safety protocols. Vaporization-0800 hours, the vaporization trailer temperature was increased to 140°F and the distribution system pressure was reduced to 280 PSI to facilitate the introduction of vaporized natural gas. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)was then introduced into the pump trailer. Once all systems were confirmed to be operating within established parameters, vaporization commenced, resulting in approximately 5,000 gallons of LNG being successfully vaporized over a 30-minute period. The vaporization operation concluded at 0930 hours. Minor issues were observed during the run, including a temporary vapor lock on the supply pump trailer and a brief flameout on the burner assembly. Both occurrences were quickly resolved and did not impact the overall operation. The test run was completed successfully and demonstrated effective system performance. Offload-0730 hours, the LNG tanker truck arrived on site. Prior to authorizing entry into the facility, VAP technical personnel performed a comprehensive series of verification and safety checks. All pre-entry inspections were completed successfully, confirming compliance with established site safety protocols before the tanker was admitted. IPUC Form 1 Rev. 12/11/2024 IPUC Pipeline Safety Inspection Following entry, the driver was escorted to the control room, where a safety briefing was conducted. The driver reviewed and acknowledged all items outlined in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and was informed of the operational expectations for the offloading process. At 0815 hours, all Prior to Beginning Offloading checklist items were completed. At 0830 hours, the Begin Offloading checklist items were verified, and the truck off-loading process commenced. VAP technical personnel remained in the control building throughout the operation to monitor gauges, sensors, and system performance, ensuring all equipment operated within established parameters. At 0930 hours, the off-loading process was completed. All post-offload checklist items were reviewed and verified by both VAP technicians and the driver, confirming the operation was conducted safely and in full compliance with procedural requirements.
