On July 25,2025,Idaho Power Company("Company")applied to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to update pricing elements for all contracts
under its Clean Energy Your Way ("CEYW") Construction Program based on data from the
Company's 2025 Integrated Resource Plan ("IRP").
On November 14, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36847 approving the
Company's Application,authorizing the Company to update pricing elements in its CEYW special
contracts and agreements, and directing the Company to submit revised tariffs reflecting the
updated pricing elements, along with the Order number and effective date, as a compliance filing.
On November 24, 2025, the Company submitted a compliance filing ("Compliance
Filing") with updated tariffs for Schedules 26, 33, and 62, with an effective date of December 1,
2025. On December 19,2025,the Commission issued Order No. 36876 approving the Company's
tariffs and schedules, as filed, effective December 1, 2025.
On December 12, 2025, the Company submitted a supplemental compliance filing
("Supplemental Compliance Filing") requesting the Commission extend the effective date of the
updated tariffs and schedules to January 1, 2026, due to a timing conflict regarding the
implementation of the updated pricing elements.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.

Having reviewed the record, the Company's Compliance Filing, and the Company's
Supplemental Compliance Filing, the Commission finds that the Company's tariffs and schedules
filed on December 12, 2025, comply with Order No. 36847.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's tariffs and schedules filed on December
12, 2025, are approved with an effective date of January 1, 2026.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
