Comment: "I've been told that Meadows Water LLC is now being treated as a regulated
public utility by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. If this is the case, the water rate
increase I've been billed (went up from $57/mo to$62/mo effective Jan 1, 2026) should not
be allowed until after Meadows Water LLC has received permission from the IPUC to raise
rates. This information came to me as the homeowner of 30 Mangum Circle#2 in Donnelly,
ID from Jon Kruck, Utilities Compliance Investigator, through Tamarack Vista Properties LLC
who manages the HOA for the community."
