Comment: "We are homeowners at StoneRidge Golf and Recreational Community. We
have been made aware that CDS has filed for a 43% increase in residential water rates(
12/10/2025) effective February 1, 2026. We did not submit public comments prior. If I am
reading the decision memorandum dated 12/23/2025 on IPUC website, it appears that the
Commission's recommendation was to "suspend the Company's proposed effective date
for 30 days plus 5 months. Is IPUC investigating the impact on homeowners and what is the
reasonable and allowable increase?
Please explain what this means in terms of a price increase and further input from
homeowners.
