Comment: "I believe there is an oversight in the Compliance Tariff filing in this case. Order
36818 accepts the Company's filing. However, it appears to be missing the Flat Rate
Monthly Charge of$302 per month to be assessed to 2" service lines. This was required
from Order 36818 as the Commission approved PUC Staff rate schedule B. In the related
Staff Report, Staff used a charge of$302/Month for this flat rate charge. Please confirm
and enforce that this charge will be assessed and collected by the Applicant. Also, there
may a need for a clarification as to the billing being monthly or quarterly. Thanks DF"
