SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF NFC NORTHWEST, LLC'S APPLICATION FOR
CERTIFICATION AS A COMPETITIVE LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIER;
CASE NO. NFC-T-25-01.
On December 12, 2025, NFC Northwest, LLC, filed a Request to Withdraw Application
for Certification as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ("Application"). Under Rule of
Procedure 68, "Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the notice is effective fourteen(14)
days after filing." IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The Commission did not otherwise order. NFC
Northwest,LLC's Application is withdrawn as a matter of law,effective as of December 26,2025.
