Chinden Boulevard Building 8, Suite 201-A Boise, Idaho 83714 Re: Case No. IPC-E-25-24 - Application to Update Clean Energy Your Way Construction Agreement and Pricing Elements Based on the 2025 IRP — Compliance Filing Case No. IPC-E-25-16 - Idaho Power Company's 2025 General Rate Case— Compliance Filing Dear Commission Secretary: Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power or Company") hereby submits the attached filing in the above-captioned proceedings pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC" or "Commission") Order Nos. 36876 (IPC-E-25-24) and 36892 (IPC-E-25-16), reflecting the changes in rates and other service provisions approved by the Commission through the above-mentioned orders with an effective date of January 1, 2026. On December 12, 2025, in Case No. IPC-E-25-24, Idaho Powerfiled a Supplemental Compliance Filing to update the effective date of its proposed tariff sheets from December 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026, which was approved by the Commission at its December 23, 2025, Decision Meeting. On December 30, 2025, the Commission issued Final Order No. 36892 in Case No. IPC-E-25-16, approving proposed tariff sheets in the Company's 2025 General Rate Case, also effective January 1, 2026.
