On March 4, 2025, Valiant Water Idaho, Inc./TIC Utilities, LLC, ("Company") filed an
application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")
requesting an Order approving revisions to the Company's schedules of rates and charges for water
service in the State of Idaho, to become effective on or after July 1, 2025.
On November 3, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36818, approving an annual
revenue requirement of$201,869. The Commission directed the Company to submit conforming
tariffs in compliance with Order No. 36818 within 30 days of the order date.
On December 3, 2025,the Company filed a conforming tariff reflecting the rates approved
in Order No. 36818. Staff reviewed the tariff and noted that the Company had small typographical
errors on Sheet Nos. 3 and 4.
On December 9, 2025, the Company filed a revised tariff correcting those errors. Staff
reviewed the Company's revised tariff and, at the Commission's December 16, 2025, Decision
Meeting, presented a Decision Memorandum recommending that the Commission accept the
revised filing.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the record and the Company's submission and Staff s recommendation,
the Commission finds that the Company has complied with Order No. 36818.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's revised tariffs submitted December 9,
2025, are approved, effective November 3, 2025.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
