On July 25, 2025, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied for authority to update
pricing elements for all contracts under its Clean Energy Your Way ("CEYW") Construction
Program that are based on data from the Company's 2025 Integrated Resource Plan.
On November 14, 2025, the Commission approved the Company's Application for
authority to update pricing elements in its CEYW special contracts and agreements. Order No.
36847. The Commission further ordered the Company to submit revised tariffs reflecting the
updated pricing elements as well as the date and number of Order No. 36847 as a compliance
filing.
On November 24, 2025, the Company submitted a compliance filing with revised tariffs
for Schedules 26, 33, and 62, which included updated effective dates and issued order numbers.
STAFF COMMENTS
Staff reviewed the revised tariffs and confirmed that the revised tariffs comply with Order
No. 36847. Accordingly, Staff recommended approval of the revised tariffs submitted on
November 24, 2025, as filed.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the record and the Company's submission,the Commission finds that the
Company's tariffs and schedules filed on November 24, 2025, comply with Order No. 36847.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's tariffs and schedules filed on November
24, 2025, are approved with an effective date of December 1, 2025.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
