RE: IN THE MATTER OF VALIANT IDAHO, INC./TIC UTILITIES, LLC'S
APPLICATION TO INCREASE RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER
SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE NO. VID-W-25-02.
On March 4, 2025, Valiant Water Idaho, Inc./TIC Utilities, LLC's, ("Company") filed an
application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting
an Order approving revisions to the Company's schedules of rates and charges for water service in
the State of Idaho, to become effective on or after July 1, 2025.
On November 3,2025,the Commission issued Order No. 36818,approving an annual revenue
requirement of$201,869. The Commission directed the Company to submit conforming tariffs in
compliance with Order No. 36818 within 30 days of the order date.
On December 3, 2025,the Company filed a conforming tariff reflecting the rates approved in
Order No. 36818. Staff reviewed the tariff and noted that the Company had small typographical errors
on Sheet Nos. 3 and 4.
On December 9, 2025, the Company filed a revised tariff correcting those errors. Staff
reviewed the Company's revised tariff and confirmed the filing complies with Order No. 36818.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the Company's tariff filed on December 9, 2025,
with an effective date of November 3, 2025.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the Company's tariff submitted on December 9, 2025,
with an effective date of November 3, 2025?
