Chinden Blvd., Bldg 8, Suite 201-A (83714) PO Box 83720 Boise, Idaho 83720-0074 Re: Supplemental Compliance Filing Case No. IPC-E-25-24 — (Idaho Power Company's Application to Update Clean Energy Your Way Construction Agreement Pricing Elements Based on the 2025 IRP) Dear Commission Secretary: On July 25, 2025, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company") filed its initial application in Case No. IPC-E-25-24, requesting that the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") direct the Company to submit a compliance filing with an effective date of the first calendar day of the month following a Commission order. Pursuant to Final Order No. 36847, issued November 14, 2025, the Commission directed the Company to file revised tariff sheets for Micron Schedule 26, Brisbie Schedule 33, and Clean Energy Your Way ("CEYW") Program Schedule 62. The Company submitted a compliance filing on November 24, 2025, with an effective date of December 1, 2025. The Company recently identified a timing conflict regarding the implementation of updated pricing elements. Specifically, the pricing components based on Avoided Cost Averages and Mid-C P50 pricing from the 2025 IRP cannot be applied as of the December 1, 2025, effective date, as these components, as presented in Attachment 1 and 2 to the Application, do not begin until January 1, 2026. Accordingly, the Company respectfully submits this supplemental compliance filing, including revised tariff sheets to reflect an effective date of January 1, 2026. Commission Secretary December 12,2025 The following tariff sheets are submitted for Commission approval: Fifth Revised Sheet No. 26-1 Cancelling Fourth Revised Sheet No. 26-1 Fourth Revised Sheet No. 33-3 Cancelling Third Revised Sheet No. 33-3 Second Revised Sheet No. 62-5 Cancelling First Revised Sheet No. 62-5 If you have any questions about the attached documents, please contact Regulatory Analyst,Austen Apperson at (208) 388-5729 or aapperson(a-)-idahopower.com.
