Inspector Galli conducted a Public Awareness audit of Intermountain Gas Company(IGC). IGC OPS 611,
OPS 614, OPS 616 and OPS 622 and records were reviewed and compared to the PHMSA Inspector
Assistant(IA) question set.
August 14, 2025: (1.0 Standard) (Brooks 0.5)(Galli 0.5)
IPUC Inspector Brooks and Galli of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with IGC compliance
personnel virtually to review procedures and records for the previous years of 2021 through 2024. A
complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection. Completed IPUC Form 1 and the Post-
Inspection Written Preliminary Findings were sent to Colby Lundstrom,Manager of Operations
Compliance.
Discrepancies:
MDU personnel stated they participate in a Quarterly Meeting with PANW, which includes representatives
from Marathon and Williams. This engagement serves as an indirect outreach effort for promoting public
awareness and damage prevention initiatives. Marathon should be included in direct outreach efforts for
public awareness and advancing damage prevention initiatives as an excavator or operated pipeline owner.
