INT G-24-05 OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY ) FOR A DETERMINATION OF 2023 ) ENERGY EFFICIENCY EXPENSES AS ) ORDER NO. 36866 PRUDENTLY INCURRED AND ) APPROVAL OF RATE SCHEDULE EE-RS ) On December 20, 2024, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order: (1) designating $3,846,358 of 2023 energy efficiency expenditures as prudently incurred by the Company; (2) approving the proposed revisions to Rate Schedule EE-RS—Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program; and (3) approving the Company's use of the deemed savings methodology for evaluating the cost- effectiveness of the Energy Efficiency Program("EE Program") ("Application"). On October 14, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36797, which approved the Company's proposal to retire certain EE Program offerings; set program rebate amounts; and directed the Company to notify the Commission concerning the timeline and results of its EE Program audit. On November 21,2025,the Company submitted a Compliance Filing that included a revised EE Program residential tariff, which the Company proposed to take effect on January 1, 2026, and results from the Company's EE Program internal auditing, as well as a timeline concerning future audits. Compliance Filing at 1. We now issue this Order accepting the Company's Compliance Filing. COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§ 61-501 through 503. Having reviewed the record and the Company's Compliance Filing, the Commission finds that the Company has complied with Order No. 36797, including revising Rate Schedule EE-RS ORDER NO. 36866 1 —Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program and providing updates concerning the Company's internal auditing of the EE Program. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the revised Rate Schedule EE-RS — Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program attached to the Company's Compliance Filing submitted on November 21, 2025, is approved, effective January 1, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Company's reported results for its audit of the EE Program for the period of January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 and its proposed timeline for future internal auditing are accepted. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any party aggrieved by this Order or other final or interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case may appeal to the Supreme Court of Idaho under the Public Utilities Law and the Idaho Appellate Rules.
