Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC
Dear Secretary Barrios-Sanchez:
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission granted Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC
authority to provide intrastate long distance services according to Title 62. Please accept this letter
as written notification that Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC wishes to voluntarily withdrawal the
IXC certificate and cancel the tariff on file. The company no longer provides telecommunication
services to customers within the state of Idaho; therefore no customers will be adversely affected
by the withdrawal. If further action is required please contact me as soon as possible at
