Ziply Fiber is a telephone corporation operating and providing basic local exchange and message telecommunication services within the State of Idaho, including in the Elk City exchange area.Following an internal review,Ziply Fiber has determined that only three customers remain within a large portion of this exchange area and that each of those customers currently receives equivalent voice and broadband service from an alternative provider. The specific townships and ranges affected are identified in Paragraph 2,below. 2. As the only affected customers are currently served by other service providers and Viasat Carrier Services, Inc., is actively providing equivalent service,this notice is filed in compliance with Idaho Code§62-612. 7.
