Chinden Blvd. Building 8, Suite 201-A Boise, ID 83714 December 5, 2025 VIA EMAIL RE:Application to Voluntarily Surrender Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, CBTS Technology Solutions LLC Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez: In accordance with Idaho Code § 62-612 and Idaho Admin. Code r. 31.01.01.020, CBTS Technology Solutions LLC("CBTS") submits a request to cancel its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") No. 509 to provide resold and facilities-based local telecommunications services in the State of Idaho, issued by order 32677 on November 20, 2012, in Case No. BWT-T-12-01, as amended by Order No. 33956 issued December 28, 2017. CBTS does not provide services and does not have any customers in Idaho for the above-referenced CPCN since January 1, 2025 and no longer requires its CPCN. Because CBTS does not serve any customers pursuant to this CPCN, CBTS respectfully requests a waiver of the requirement in Idaho Code § 62-612(2) and Idaho Admin. Code r. 31.01.01.020 to "publish a notice of... withdrawal in a legal newspaper circulated within the local exchange area." CBTS will continue to offer VOIP services within Idaho.
