SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S APPLICATION
FOR AUTHORITY TO ALLOW PARENT COMPANY TO MAINTAIN A
COMMON EQUITY PERCENTAGE OF LESS THAN 44 PERCENT; CASE
NO. PAC-E-25-18.
On September 24, 2025, Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp ("Company"),
applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to allow
the Company's direct parent company, PPW Holdings LLC, to maintain an equity percentage
below the 44 percent minimum threshold set by the Commission in Case No. PAC-E-25-08
("Application").
On October 10, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline, setting a deadline for interested parties to file a petition to intervene. Order
No. 36801. No petitions to intervene were filed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure,
establishing a January 14,2026,public comment deadline, and a January 28,2026,reply comment
deadline.
