December 1, 2025: (3.0 DIMP) (Galli 1.0) (Brooks 1.0) (Perkins 1.0)
Inspectors Galli, Brooks and Perkins attended a virtual DIMP audit and reviewed IGC DIMP records
against the IA Distribution Integrity Management question set. Completed IPUC Form 1 and the Post-
Inspection Written Preliminary Findings was sent to Colby Lundstrom, Manager of Operations
Compliance.
