Per Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (IDAPA 31.01.01.272),
Commission Staff notifies you that it will begin settlement negotiations with PacifiCorp and the
Parties of record in Case No. PAC-E-25-14. The Parties will attempt to reach
a settlement regarding PacifiCorp's proposed 2026 Inter-Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol,
which is intended to replace the 2020 Protocol. Per Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be
confidential unless the parties to the negotiation agree to the contrary. If successful, the Parties
will submit a Proposed Settlement to the Commission.
The initial settlement negotiation is scheduled to take place Monday,November 24, 2025, at 3
p.m. (MST).
