Commission Secretary and Parties of Record,
Per Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (IDAPA
31.01.01.272), Commission Staff notifies you that it will begin settlement
negotiations with Idaho Power Company and the Parties of Record in Case No.
IPC-E-25-16. The Parties will attempt to reach a settlement regarding Idaho
Power's proposal to increase rates and charges for Electric service in Idaho. Per
Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the parties to
the negotiations agree to the contrary. If successful, the Parties will submit a
Proposed Settlement to the Commission.
The settlement negotiations are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 9,
2025, at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time.
For Parties who wish to participate in person, the settlement negotiations will be
held in Boise, at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, 11331 W. Chinden
Boulevard, Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise, ID 83714.

2630 056 3707 (no spaces between numbers). Then, click on the green "Join"
button. At the next window, please enter this password: Commission. Next,
please click on the green "Join Webinar" button. At the next window, please enter
