The Parties will attempt to reach a settlement regarding Idaho Power's proposal to increase rates and charges for Electric service in Idaho. Per Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the parties to the negotiations agree to the contrary. If successful, the Parties will submit a Proposed Settlement to the Commission. The settlement negotiations are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time. For Parties who wish to participate in person, the settlement negotiations will be held in Boise, at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, 11331 W. Chinden Boulevard, Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise, ID 83714. To participate online, please visit idahogov.webex.com, and enter meeting number 2630 056 3707 (no spaces between numbers).
