FOR GAS SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO
Commission Secretary and Parties of Record,
Per Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (IDAPA 31.01.01.272),
Commission Staff notifies you that it will begin settlement negotiations with Intermountain
Gas Company and the Parties of Record in Case No. INT-G-25-02. The Parties will attempt to
reach a settlement regarding Intermountain Gas Company's proposal to increase rates and
charges for Gas service in Idaho. Per Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be
confidential unless the parties to the negotiations agree to the contrary. If successful, the
Parties will submit a Proposed Settlement to the Commission.
The settlement negotiations are scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 9 a.m.
Mountain Time.
