Comment: "I have been a satisfied Capitol Water Corporation customer for 26 years. There
have been numerous occasions throughout this 26 year period in which I have needed to
contact Capitol Water Corporation (who I will now refer to as CWC). Between my husband,
Benjamin J Petersen, and I, we've weathered 4 separate layoffs. Each time we contacted
CWC and they willingly made payment arrangements, which enabled us to remain current
with them without any disruption of of service. In addition to this, we have received timely
& consistent information from CWC. Whether it be in the form of their annual water
quality reports, fire hydrant and system flush notifications or notices of all petitions to
increase our rates (which we have always supported 100%), they have all been clear&
concise and easy to interpret. On a few occasions I've forgotten the fact that the owners
answer the phone 24x7, which no other utility does. I therefore woke up Bonnie at 4 am one
morning, when I just expected to leave a voicemail. She was friendly despite the ridiculous
hour and took the time to assist me on the spot. We would be grateful to pay an increase in
our monthly rate and feel that it's merited based on the improvements CWC has made to
their billing services, their incredible dedication to customer service and their unfailing
follow through, which has kept the water lines flowing smoothly the entire time I've been a
customer. Please reward them for their exemplary leadership as they stand out head
& shoulders above the rest! Our only wish is that all of our other utilities would follow
CWC's example. Thank you for the opportunity to share our feedback with you. "
