On July 24, 2025,Zayo Network Services,LLC ("Company") submitted a Notice of Intent
("Notice") to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") to operate as an "Other
Telecommunications Service Provider"within the State of Idaho.
At the Commission Decision Meeting on November 18,2025, Commission Staff presented
a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Notice submitted by
the Company.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company informing
the Commission that it will be operating in the State of Idaho as an "Other Telecommunications
Service Provider."
