August 17, 2025: (1.0 TIMP Travel) (Perkins 0.5) (Galli 0.5) IPUC inspectors Galli and Perkins traveled
to Salt Lake City to conduct TIMP inspection of EGUWI.
August 18, 2025: (3.0 TIMP) (Galli 1.0) (Perkins 1.0) (Brooks 1.0)
A joint audit was conducted in collaboration with representatives from the states of Wyoming and Utah.
During the inspection, meetings were held with EGUWI personnel; a complete roster of participating
individuals is documented in the IA attendance form. The audit was guided by PHMSA's Integrity
Assessment(IA) Question Set for Transmission Integrity Management, which served as a comprehensive
framework to ensure all relevant areas were thoroughly evaluated to ensure compliance with applicable
federal regulations.

Inspection Written Preliminary Findings and sent to Steve Bursett, Supervisor of Gas Operations
Compliance.
